Hello,

I bought a BV5000 one month ago.

My phone turns off by itself all times when bettery power is under 60%.

Is it a battery problem or is it a phone problem?

Maybe about 3-4 days. I don't know exactly.

Try instal last FW from PC.

hi , you mean for full time charge , it can last for 3 to 4 days ?

removed battery tried turning it on with components off, on..and nothing. it goes down to the motherboard and CPU.

Having the same issue. Phone turns of by itself (auto shutdown in is has not been set)

Yes, if I charge it Monday, the battery will be at 60% Thursday or Friday ( no game )

Full charge can last for for 3 to 4 days , it is normal, so the problem may be something wrong with the
battery condition showing .

I sent the phone to the seller.
I don't know if I will buy another BV5000 because I see that there is a lot of problem.
It's a pity because I like this phone.
