After update to Android 6, my phone was very slow, use more RAM, and can not charge. I tried to flash it back to 5.1 using manual in this forum. It showed download finished successfully, but when I disconnect the phone from PC and hold power button, it was not turn on. No respond at all. Try to hold "power" and "volume +" did not help either. The phone is bricked.

I contacted seller but they refuse to repair because I updated my phone and it automatically void warranty.

Could I send it to Blackview office to fix? I will pay for shipping.
I tried to contact Blackview many times but no reply.

No it is NOT rooted.

I updated to 6.0 using your OTA UPDATE.
And then tried to flash it back to 5.1 using your manual in this forum.

Have you follow the manual to get the new rom , all steps are right ?
Maybe you can try to flash it again.

I follow all the steps, it even display Download Ok at the end. But when I disconect it from PC, try to turn it on by holding power button, it didn't respond: screen is black, no vibration, nothing. And then when I connect it to PC, the PC don't regcogzine it.

I try to hold Power and Volume+ button at the same time for 5s, it detected in PC for only one second and dissapear again.

I want to flash it again , but how can I do that if it is not detected by PC?

Guys, my phone is not switching on after i flash my device..

Today I have managed to make a video about my problem. Please take a look at this video:

When I connect it to my PC, the PC can not detect the phone.
However, if I press 'Volume+' and 'Power' button together for about 10s, it is detected in 1 second and then disappear again. I can see that proximity sensor on the phone is on.

Can you detect the problem of the phone?

No respond from Blackview admin until now?
I have done everything they want, and got nothing.

My BV5000 is dead for a long time and I see no future in repairing. How poor customer service from Blackview.
