Hello,
I have a BV5000 and Android 6. The installed Build-Number is BV5000_C1_Blackview_V1.1_20160513.
Since 3 Days I got the Message that give a new Update for Build BV5000_C1_Blackview_V1.1_20160527_160604. When I will Download the Update a Message is Displays, that my SD-Card is not correct insert. I have a SD-Card with 32 GB.
I switched off the Phone and take out the SD-Card. After Start the Phone and I want Download the Update the message is showing again.
I have tried to Flash the Phone with the new Firmware but I don't can't have a connect with the Phone andFlash-Software. But that is a annother Error.
Now my Question where can I get the Update-File as zip-File?
Then I can store the Update file to internal Storage and make an install.
I have downloaded the complete > 500 MB from the actual Firmeware as tar.gz. Which Files and Folders must zipped to create the update-File.
I hope someone can help me. The phone don't want updated.

In the Thread http://bbs.blackview.hk/viewtopic.php?f=96&t=28765 is the answer.
Reset the Phone to Factory-Settings.
After the reboot, the Download starts.
Now the Update started. :)
It is not the SD-Card.

M.b. you can try to find application "update manager", or something like this. Then you should clear all data for this application. It helps me, and m.b. would be useful for you.
