BV5000 Sim2 not found

Hello!
I tried two micro sims in the sim slot2 but none of them is found by the device.
Is this a hardware defect? Looks alike right?
I purchased the phone from hifone dealer via Amazon. I have now tried the third device. No sim card 2 found.

Hey guys, try to reply please, you are still in business I hope.
I got the third BV5000 with defective 2nd sim slot where second sim is not detected.

Hi ,
have you ever try your micro card on other smartphone ? Also the same problem ?

Hello!
Meanwhile I found out that the micro sim needs to be inserted not facing down like sim 1.
Well it is sill not quite xlear how the second sim needs to be inserted as there is no indication showing how.
Can you please explain how to insert sim 2 where to place the cutted edge?

There an image near sim slots, that shows right position - for sim 2 it should be cutted edge goes left bottom corner and contacts facing up

For shure this photo helped me to solve the same problem. Thanks a lot, nyfd_it for your post!
I have two BV5000 phones and, seeing that both of them had this "sim2 not found problem", I searched the net to find an explanation. I found it here: I put the sim2 in a wrong way...
It's also true that the instructions received with the phones are useless from this point of view. The SIM1/SIM2 marks near the slot neither...
