Hi I have a bv5000
I have just started using it. I set up all WiFi and sim settings. I can receive text messages but not calls.
I have put the same sim card in other phones and it works straight away but I can not receive calls using my bv5000.
The calls go straight to voice message as if my phone is off. I do have phone reception and am using a 4g network in Australia.
I have reseted factory setting still nothing
I have checked all call setting making call barring or diverting is off.
I am only using 1 sim card and it is set to default

could you tell us if you always can not receive the calls, or just sometimes can not receive calls ?
