Warranty on broken screen

Hello. Really liked the phone, but disaster struck, he fell off the couch and cracked screen (height 40 cm), tempered glass as far as I know. This could happen if the glass is not tempered or defective. Video filming your company, and I doubt very much that the screen was crashed from 40cm height if he withstands nails.
