Broken Screen - No response from seller or Blackview After Sales

I have sent emails to your After Sales department without response. The seller is also not responding. Where can I order a new screen please? This is becoming very poor service. If it continues I shall post on Gizchina.com and Chinaphonearena.com so everyone is aware of the poor service you are offering.

Sorry for any unconvenience caused by us. Because we have 3 hilodays for new year , so the after sale department may fail to
check your email timely.
So you would like to order an new BV5000 screen ? You can order from us, or just order from our online-reseller, we
have so many online re-seller, you can choose anyone who still have the screen in stock.
