Hi there,

Besides other issues, I find the phone slower since upgrading to Android 6!? I thought it should bring a performance improvement!?

Should I wipe the phone via factory restore or what else can I try / check?

Thanks

It was incredibly slow till I installed my apps that clean up memory and space. A fresh install is the way to go for sure.

Yeap, I also noticed it ( besides having antenna issues on mine). I have use OTA, Download and "Flash and Download", and it always was heavy and slow on mine. I am back to version 1.5.

Hi,

we feel so sorry about this problem. Because the new rom file is larger,
so after update, the device may work a bit slow.

Best regards,
Admin

Hi,
This morning lefrissült phone on Android 6.0. Since then, more than two minutes to turn on. Very slowly, the two do not go sim usual. I can not make phone calls on the second sim card. The battery is also very exhausted. Applications stop error. How do I return to Android 5.1? Where can I download it? I ask for help because the phone is so useless.

Dear Admin, the phone is not "a bit slow". It's a difference like day and night.
Now I'm stuck with a battery that won't charge over 45%. I tried everything - different cable, charger, charging while off - nothing works. It just won't charge up over 45% and it takes ages to even reach that (trickle charging?). :(

At least this time there's no hidden malware in the OS.

Dear Sirs!
Is it possible to roll back to Android 5? It was my big mistake to update my hv5000 to 6.0. And your answer makes me feel that we should live with slow device because of big image. Next update may solve this issue or may be not. I was quite happy with latest Android 5. And I would like to downgrade to old version. Is it possible to download old image? Thank you.
