Hi, it has been already since April that we have been waiting for this update and even on the 9th of March we did not get the update as said.
What is the latest update on this subject?
Will we have an issue to try to update via OTA with a rooted Android 5.1?

Like usuall, don't expect an answer from the support... They announce news and that's it, nothing after that...

Well, if that is true, I guess this is the first and last time I buy a Blackview product. And I guess many others will do the same if there is poor customer support from the vendor. What a shame...

Just be patient, if it gets here it gets here. If not don't be surprised.

It was in bad form to announce two dates and not be able to follow through.

From everything I've read it's tough to do the work to code the update to work on phones, let alone an older non-worldwide flagship phone. Even big companies like Samsung and Sony, take a while. Where I am now the S6 and Xperia Z3 just got this update. The difference is they have massive companies and can divert larger amount of people to this task. How many people do you presume work for Blackview outside of manufacturing? I can't see more than 1-200 worldwide. Say maybe 2-10 of them are on this task, as well as updating the software for their entire line of phones as well as the newer ones? It takes time especially with troubleshooting.

If it comes it comes and I'll be happy. If not, I can live with it as it is.
