Hi SnuffThePunkz,
I can't access that download. Would you be kind enough to put it somewhere else (eg Mega or another file repo)?
Is the root permanent (eg after factory reset)?

Well I updated the main post, and I hope it helps people but it was getting low so I posted which "Bumps" it back up to the top where it is visible.

I flashed the latest 1.1 get a clean Android 6 Update. How to root the BV5000 on Android 6?

I am trying to work that out, new to the Android OS myself. So I'll be doing some reading over the next day or two.
