Hi,

I have my bv5000 for a few weeks with no problems but in the last days the phone started to crush.

With the battery charged, the power indicator drops to 1% and phone turns off. After rebooting the power indicator shows 80% again for a few minutes and than drops to 1% and off and so on...
Now it wont even starts, just vibrates when i push the on button.

Is this a battery problem? a hardware problem? software?

Any solutions?

Feel so sorry for your problem.

Can you first check if the usb charge port stil work ?
And if your device has ever got some water in ?
