broken screen

I bought a Blackview BV5000, yesterday it fell from 20 cm, this has broken the screen (see attachment).
This is a phone that "withstands bumps", why have I the screen broken?
How can we solve this problem?
Can you send me a new screen?
This is the replay of the seller :"We have forwarded your case to the supplier, we regret to tell you the item can't be repaired according to them"
