I am at the end of patience: I can not use bv5000 as phone normally!

No one can hear me loud and clear. I have spent hours and hours online searching for solution, but none of them worked (Mobileuncle settings and similar) ! I flashed the last ROM (ver 1.5) yesterday: nothing has changed!

I send mail/ticket to seller (Gearbest) but they replied to send photos of problem... I don't understand how photo would explain issue with sound...

So, anyone, is there a solution to this problem or should I throw phone in garbage can?

how long have your use the BV5000 and have you ever checked if the the ear speaker was blocked by dust ?
