Hello, I bought BV500 but he is not charged. Please tell me what could be the problem. The charger is tested - it works.

Hi, I had the same problem. You are probably using another usb cable. The one supplied by Blackview has a longer usb metal male connector.
I tried to use my other usb cables and the same would happen, I had to cut the plastic around the tip behind the metal connector to be able to stick in the plug all the way in. When you have the plug half way in your phone, it will charge at a reduced pace.
