I have got new BV5000 but the ear peaker is much to silent. I have turned to maximum but nearly cannot hear the person thats calling. Turning to the main speaker it loud and clear. Is there a possibility to repair?
Second problem: The magnetic compas is not working? How to test the sensor?

For you ear speaker problem， you can first check if anything blocks the ear speaker ?

Then for compass , we feel very sorry that the BV5000 do not support such a function .

The BV5000 do not support compass with the actual ROM or it will never support compass nor with future ROMs update??
