Same problem here, waiting for solution.

So I see that everybody is having the same problems and it was not just me. I am not buying blackview products ever again due to the following facts:
1- Poor costumer support service, it looks like just one person for this.
2- The android Rom on this phone has always had issues and it just keeps on getting worse....
3- Android 6 was tested? 1 month and a half later and blackview comes with this poor and faulty Rom with 1 month and a half programming and testing?
Fire you actual programmers and get new ones that have an idea of what they are doing!
What really upsets me here is the very poor technical support which I have sent a couple of posts with issues which some have had no answer and from what I see, support comes always with little eager or will to understand the issue. Normally support always replies with basic answers which shows that they do not know much how to help...
Going back to Samsung and Doogee.

On the positive side, I'm back to a stable phone which is able to charge the battery at full speed (current = 1.26A while powered on).
On the negative side, the 5.1>6.0>5.1 experience left a bug: at every boot the system language is changed to the one of the SECOND SIM card and the keyboard is set to AOSP keyboard in that language, which gets automatically re-enabled. I guess that is a problem with the radio which probably did not get downgraded. Do you have a solution? Can you please release a ROM without that bug?

Some notes about the process:
Downgrade through SD card (About Phone > Wireless Update > Local updates) did not work:at reboot the phone refused to downgrade. So I had to do it through the computer: find a SP flash tool and drivers from late 2015 (because older drivers and tools do not recognize MT67xx). I flashed all the partitions in the zip and it worked.

A little rant: this is my everyday phone; I can't afford two days downtime like I had. If this one gives me hassle then I just buy another brand. If you can't afford proper QA testing, then please leak the full ROM sources so that the open source community will do QA for you. Doing so would even increase your sales.

I did get an answer from facebook messaging assuring me Blackview have seen the complaints and are acting. Hopefully a solution will come out soon.

Yes same for me, back to my Acer phone, never again with Blackview :
- never get reply to 2 requets by email
- never get reply on skype, even being blocked
- no reply here on this forum

seriously admin, how can it be that the two above posts are allowed while two of mine (that actually have technical content which can be helpful to other users) are censored?

Was a satisfied customer until now. Have the same problem.
A fast solution might save my day. Please let me know when you can manage it. I was glad with fast and regular updates and I know anybody can make mistakes. But need my phone.

Please don't keep your customers in the dark. Are you close to solution? any timetable for patch relase ?

Hello! The same problem with charging after updating the android 6.0. It is better to return the 5.1 or write in detail how it slelat. Phone great - but it is not needed, without charging ... help !!!!!!!!
