Regarding the matter above, there are problem with my bv5000 power button.

i just bought bv5000 (black) from Gearbest and just receive it on 28/01/2016. But after using it for a day, there are problem arise.

1. it happen suddenly where when i push the power button during wake screen, it unable to go to standby mode but the power off menu pop up.
2. after fully charge it, the phone keep restarting non stop where as it unable to boot normally.
3. i already try to gain access to recovery menu by pushing the volume button + power button where it appear for a moment but suddenly the phone restart back.
4. this is an original bv5000

so, here i would like to ask.

1. what should i do?
2. can i send to your center for repair? because it should have warranty.
3. how long would it take to repair it?
4. or is it possible for you to provide necessary part for repair? as i have the expertise in doing so and sufficient tools.
