Need help.....

I buy a new BV5000, my phone auto shutdown after 10 or 15 minutes after I turn it ON.
Notification that appears is "Your phone need to cool down" and after that it will shutdown by itself.
It shows that mtk thermal manager program that trigger to shutdown the phone.

I install cpuZ to check my device temperature, and I found that the temperature one of them "mtktsbtsmdpa" is very high (more than 100 C). Is it normal?

Is it hardware or software problem?
Any solution for my problem?
