BV5000 Android 5.1 encryption option missing?

model: BV5000
Android: 5.1
Kernel: 3.10.65+ release@release26#1
Build number: BV5000_C1_IGET_V0.2_20151027

Android 5.1 should include encryption option after enabling password.
This option is completely missing? Could you pls confirm it and explain why.

You are kidding. The option is missing - and the phone is useless piece of junk!

Give an option to restore the function!
