Broken screen

Hello there;
i bought not a month ago one of your bv5000 phones, today i dropped it from a height of 40cm)and the screen got totalled, glass and cristals underneath, please let me know how does your warranty work, i really need to get it fixed wihout spending any money since you were so proud of this model's resistance.

Same problem here... The diference is my phone didnt fell. it started to appear stripes on the screen and its appearing more every day...

Some solution yet? motherboard replacement? screen replacement?

My dealer doesnt reply...

4th bv5000 i bougth, plus 3 screen replacemets. love the phone hate the glass...

I have the same problem I bought my phone 2 months ago it running well the neigh when I plug in to recharge battery and the morning stripes has appeared.
Question: Did you have the same problem after screen replacement

Hi Good morning!

I have the same issue with my BV5000 phone, I just want to know what are my options to have it fixed I don't mind paying the fee, I bought it last April and I'm not sure if I'm still able to avail of its warranty since I bought it from an online store, but I don't mind paying...
