On my about 5 weeks old BV5000, the jack headphone plug seems to be suddenly not functionning. The phone does not detect that a headphone is plugged (the same one was detected some days ago...), and music is being played on the phone's speaker as well as in the headphone. Buttons on the headphone are not functionning (they were some days ago...).
I dont really want to reset the whole phone if the problem is a hardware problem. Could it be a software problem ? Any idea ? Many thanks in advance...

Have you try the headphone on another phone to see if the headphone can work well ?
