I have a BV5000 with Android 6.0 and using 2 Telstra 4G sim cards both of which are enabled for mobile data. I have no problems using text or making calls. I cannot use either SIM card for mobile data. According to your website all of Telstra's 4G network frequencies in Australia are compatable with the phone. The phone also will not use 2G or 3G networks. Does something have to be enabled on the phone other than the normal settings. Both SIM cards worked with mobile data in my previous phone.

Why is this phone not able to use the networks?
