SIM suddenly stopped working

Hello,

about three weeks ago, my BV5000 suddenly showed "no sim inserted". It came back once or twice but then the SIM was lost completely. This occured without any mechanical stress or app installations or whatever.

I tried both SIM slots with two SIM cards. Neither of them work.

How can this happen and how do I fix it? The item was von from gearbest.com in March 2016.

Also, I get an error message in chinese when I use the contact form from the website and I didn't get a reply to my email to service@blackview.hk on October 4th.

you can try a firmware update first, and if still fail to solve the problem, contact your seller for repair.
