You sell your BV5000 to be withstand bumps and scratches with IP67 standards. 3 of my friends bought it and the screen broke for each phone abnormally ! Many reviews on retail sites say the bv5000 is false advertising because the screen is fragile and sometimes in water test it does not resist.
Strange things because we can find scratches tests on youtube which prove the phone is very solid.
Furthermore you promise an OTA update to Android 6 but it does not come on the phone.

Can i know if the phone i bought is fake or not ?
