Hi,

I've just purchased a new BV5000.
Everything is working fine except that I have no internet access despite having the 3G logo with full signal.
I'm using it in France (Paris) on the FREE network.
I'm also surprised that I don't get 4G as both the BV5000 and my subscription with FREE.

SMS and phone calls work fine though, and I have internet access when I'm home on the WIFI.
So it's seems it's really related to the 3G/4G network access.

You mean that you can not use 3g/4g mobile data ?
have you check if network frequence of this model is supported in your local ?
