Can anyone clarify whether both SIM slots support 4G connectivity?

I get good 4G speeds using SIM slot #1, but if I move the my SIM card to slot #2, I only seem to get 3G connection.

I have searched spec sites, Blackview's pages, and the forum but cannot find a definite answer either way.
