my Ultra has been doing strange things in the last 48Hours. The screen goes in standby mode normally but it would not wake up. neither with the home button or with the smart wake. Also the ON/OFF button does not help.
I know the phone is still functioning. I can hear the sounds of apps, and If I try to call my number from another phone, I can hear it rings.
But with a black screen you can do nothing. I had to open it and take off the battery to restart it already 4 times today. It's unpredictable.
I need a working phone..
what can I do?

My Ultra screen is broken, but it shows me everything and functioning perfect just that too many cracks on the screen. The other thing is the battery is getting flat very quickly. So I consult the technicians to change the new screen and battery as well. But they said the screen and battery isn't available.
So I'm asking how to get the spears for my ultra? I bought my ultra in south Africa. But now I am living in Ethiopia.
