My Blackview Ultra will not boot up ???

Am getting a boot menu though, with three options fast, normal, recovery but am unable to interact with it as the cursor keeps scanning the three options & won't let me select one ?

Can you please advise as to how I can recover my phone ?? I have not had it long & see no reason why it should fail like this ?? Please advise as, as you can imagine this is incredibly inconvenient

Hello buy a blackview ultra a6 but my residence is guatemala here the bands of 3g are 1900mhz as podria these bands add in my telephone habra some update that could help in advance thank you very much

Hi !

My phone can not start and displays error message like " No order " . This occurred when the phone tried to update ( the phone was rooted ) .
