I have a problem with a blackview ultra that i bought in comebuy in january. It works fine but yesterday does not switch on. Only appears blackview screen and later inverted blackview screen. ¿?

I have tried to connect it throught usb cable but usb debuggin was off.

I have tried to make a recovey but i only can access to a boot menu pussing vol+ and power. There are three options: recovery, fastboot, normal. I can move with vol+ but i can not select with vol-. I push it and nothing happends.

I have tried with factory mode pushing vol- and power. I can move with vol- but i can find only tests options.

Can you help me? please.
