fake frequency advertising 3G not working

Hello,
My wife and I have received 2 blackview omega Pro recently. We decided to buy them between a lot of options mostky because of the frequency of 3G was exactly what we use in Mexico. Surprisingly it wasn't true.
Is there a reason for that or do you have a solution?
