Following your announcement to contact the salesman for exchange of the slot card on Omega pro, this one refuses to get new the slot card to me by telling me that can be with a misuse from me.
what do I have to make to obtain the replacement of this slot card? thank you

I have problem with sin card, any time and for no apparent reason lose my SIM card
Can you please give me a solution for this problem, because ; i see it this is manufacturing problem and there for there must provide me with solution
When i lost my sim , i must restart the phone 2-3-4 time to apear and many more time must replace sim and introducing again .
I tired to try.
I contacted the seller, him give me your address to write

Does this apply only to phones sold online or is it possible that this is the cause of the sim card slot failures in phones purchased at stores as well?
Is it possible to provide the contact details of the Blackview service center in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia as we would rather deal directly with Blackview than continually go back and forth to the store that sold the phone.
