Problems with 3G and 4G

I have a new Blackview Omega Pro, I’m in Mexico and I can’t connect to 3G or 4G, I’m not even can see 3G networks, I can see 4G (Telcel) Network but I can’t connect, What do I have to do get 4G in my phone?

I am having the same problem in New Zealand
the 3g frequency here is 850 as in Mexico and the retailer says phone operates on that band.
