I have bougt my unit from aliexpress. The seller won't send me a new sim slot. I'm now stuck here with a nice looking not working phone. Hope Blackview can solve the problem theirself by sending a correct sim slot.

blackview_admin, can you please tell me if I will ever receive a SIM card slot? It's the third time when I'm writing here about this and until now I got no answer...Or if the customer is from Europe Blackview simply ignores him? Please give me a straight answer, at least I will know if I have to throw away my phone or there is hope that one day the phone will be 100% reliable.

I have the phone unusable . One satisfied customer ( Ange ), but we are 700 still no solution, with the same problem.Why do not you send this new sim card to everyone ? the phone is under warranty !
