Following your announcement to contact the salesman for exchange of the slot card on Omega pro, this one refuses to get new the slot card to me by telling me I'm sorry your order has lasted more than 7 days. Why is it not possible to just send out replacement trays via China post!?!? My Order-ID from Efox is 20150805944297, pre-ordered in August, shipped mid of december 2015. Please send one to Michael Kansier, Usedomstrasse 24 d, D-22047 Hamburg, Germany. My Screen is still flickering from day one, so Efox got it for a repair from me.
