Hello still no reaction from Zandy. Can you please help me to get the sim slot. The phone is worthless now.

Yes, I have opened a ticket over a month ago. But GearBest support is of no help. They want to replace the whole phone (but not for free) or refund a few dollars so I could let the device being repaired at a local shop. (But which shop and how could they repair without replacement parts?) So I explained them that this is not a viable solution for me, but that you can send them replacement SIM card slots which they then can send to their customers. But I don't think they understand. Their last reply was that they don't have replacement parts to send. (My GearBest support contact person was called Duni if that matters.)

So, please contact GearBest. Here are my ticket number and my order number:

I have not heard anything since a week now, neither from GearBest, nor from you, blackview_admin. What should I do now to get a working SIM card slot? I bought my Blackview phone last year and it has never worked properly since then due to this SIM card slot manufacturing defect. Good customer support is different. :-(

Hi,

my Blackview Omega Pro white, is suffering from the same issue. I bought the phone via TO2C online store in August last year, the item has been delivered in the end of December 2015.
First contact to their support has been on January the 7th regarding the SIM Card problem. They wanted to deliver a spare simtray, but since then I am still waiting, It is really frustrating, The phone is useless for me!

Any help is appreciated!

I havent received anything from the admin, i contacted zandy but no reply. please help me with the sim as i can not get one from local shop that i bought. Please send it i will pay for shipping.

I contacted my seller efox and I´m getting no feedback towards replacing the sim slot. I received my Omega pro two days before christmas and it as the problem losing sim contact from time to time. Order-ID from Efox is 20150805944297, pre-ordered in August, shipped mid of december 2015.

Is anything wrong with Blackview? I´ve sent two mails via "contact us" on the HP, no answer. I posted three time about a flickering screen with an uploaded Video to show it. My posts were never approved here in the forum..... Nothing to call good support. I´m disapointed about the way to solve problems. It´s a nice phone, but without a working sim slot and with the flickering Screen it´s nearly worthless.... :-(

I Bought 2 units of BW Omega Pro. Both phones have this exact defect.

Unfortunately the seller TomTop ( Shenzhen Tomtop Technology Co.,Ltd. ) so far they
are responding poorly to my claim even after receiving video documentation of said defect.

Hi,
I bought one of these phone from the everbuying.net, which is incorrect. The error is indicated to the seller, but they had more than one month can not send a new sim tray. The phone can not be used. Can you send me a new sim tray? or what can i do?
