Dear Friend,

Now the sim connections suddenly disappear or disconnecting for few minutes, this i depends on each time approx 3 to 10 minutes, happens regularly.

Need to study more how many time per day

Pls help to overcome this issue or what should I need to check other than the sim inserter I have already checked no problem, it's tight & no play.

Dear George,

Sorry for this matter.

Our engineer suggest that you could make a copy of the important things in your phone.
Then please try to solve this problem by using the method of Double wipe.

Steps:
1,Press the power button and volume button "-" on the same time,
2,Choose the recovery mode
3,Then Choose the third and the fourth options( wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition) after entering the recovery mode.

Hope it would work smoothly by doing this.
--------------------------------------
Thank you and best regards,
George

Hi George,

The SIM card issue that you are facing is common problem in Omega Pro, see the following thread, its official,

viewtopic.php?f=79&t=2856

You may have to contact the seller to ship you a replacement SIM card tray. Wiping cache partition, doing factory reset etc wont solve this problem.

Regarding the heat up issue, is it the upper portion of the backside of the phone that heats up ? and if yes, how much ? This is where the SOC lies, it is an electronic circuit and would heat up when doing heavy processing. I have noticed my phone to heat up often but it is not like iron hot or a "hot tea" hot, I'd say it is like a "warm water" hot. I think the phone software needs a bit more optimization and keep an eye on any updates coming from Blackview. Apart from this, I don't think there is much you can do about it.

Regards,
Haris

Thanks Marty. Yes, of course, "output."

It would be better to run one of each side, but can I damage the unit by putting no load on one side?

Thanks for the advice.

Its a good idea, but why dont we start it in this post first, and see if we get enough to warrant an entire section.
