Crown replacements

Hello S&T Blackview Team and a Happy New Year!
Some how I lost the volume button/key in my Crown. Do you supply aftermarket replacements? If not, would you be so kind to inform if it is possible and where I can get/buy a replacement?
I´m also interested in having a new touchscreen (only the screen, not the digitizer, if possible).
Do you think it´s possible to achieve this 2 items? I live in Portugal.
