Camera Autofocus disabled

Hello,
I have a problem with the camera of my Crown phone.
After few month that I bought this phone, the camera autofocus have disappeared without a reason.
I'm not sure now if is a software or parameter problem or the camera have to be changed !
Someone else have the same problems or have some suggestion to solve this problems ?
Camera make good picture at long distance from the subject but give blurry immagines with macro or short distance..
