Rear Camera Stopped Working

Hello,
My rear camera stopped working the first day that I got this phone.The camera worked, and I took a few pictures, but then I couldn't switch from front to rear camera.I have factory reset the phone more than 3 times now and it didn't help at all.I have had this phone for almost a week now and in every app there is no button to switch from the front to the back/rear camera.What should I do?
