Dear sirs,
I bought a Blackview Arrow from Antelife 2 weeks ago. The microphone was not working (when i was using Bluetooth or headset was working ok.) I spoke with tech antelife and after all the checks (factory reset, etc) they told me to send it for mic change on a local shop. I did that (in fact the repair shop is blackview retail shop
http://blackview.gr) who told me that they changed the mic. but still nothing happened. Now, I have no other solution but to send it back. Any other suggestion to avoid shipping costs and time?
