Problem connecting to Samsung S3 Frontier

I just got my new BV9900 E and issue. I managed to connect it to my Gear S3 Frontier but it disconnects and will not reconnect until i restart the phone. Sometimes it can't reconnect even after a restart. There is a serious stability issue in this connection. Please help. I already wrote to Support.
