Hi! I have the same issue. The proximity sensor not works on my new BV9900E. Can i calibrate this sensor?

 My Proximity sensor does not work. I tried to calibrate with the single test but the test always fails. I don*t have a screen protection. What can I do? My Phone 9800pro is one year old.

Dial interface input *#87# to calibrate the distance sensor.
