BL6000 Pro locking on Edge connection

Hello everyone, I've got some weird connection problems sometimes. As I work in a warehouse, there are many situations with lack or totally no signal places there, but mostly the phone is switching between Edge-3G-4G and 5G internet connections. But sometimes it is happening (can be 2-4 times per day in warehouse) that it just after several loosing connection it just totally locking on Edge speed and even when I see full range of signal on places where it works normally with 5G speed, it won't go further to rise up to 4G-5G speed.

Because it happens daily, I was searching for any solution in the phone with any possible settings, but only rebooting phone is solving this problem. Has anyone the same problem before or now?

I have a similar problem with network connection, if I put the phone down or go somewhere with patchy 5G it loses all signal and won't switch at all between network types. I have to manually select 4G/3G to get any reception at all. Mine doesn't show an Auto select option in the network settings menu. Which I thought it would. It's frustrating and nearly makes me think this will be my last Blackview phone.
