Hello, If you received the OTA information, you can update it directly from your phone.

My BL6000 pro is still stuck on Android 10 that has issues. As much as I have tried I can not get the OTA update for Android 11 and I do need it to be able to fix the issues I am facing now.
I live in West Africa, Liberia can you guys help with the Android 11 update, please.
