Have many problems and even according to the support people possible broken PCB. Want to exchange the BL6000PRO and then the problem comes. Black view rep not answers.
So how to swap the phone?

I see similar issues as Green Goblin reports, the main one being the touch screen reacting overly sensitive.
The Android 11 OTA Update was announced to be available from June 5th. Two days ago. I cannot find it, though. Can you point me to the right location please?

une mise a jour a été faite ce matin sa n'a rien apporté ,je suis toujours sous androïde 10,a quand la version Androide 11 sur nos blackview BL 6000 pro ?

This is my fourth black view. I have bought a BL 6000 hoping everything would have gone smoothly.
Mistake. My mistake. Mobile connection slow, touch screen horrible, hot spot a shame.
This "phone" doesn't worth the money I have spent...

Hello, sorry for that. The new updates just release for 1000 last time to test whether it can work or not, and all updated information will be released again in these days.
If the Android 11 update I received last weekend was just a limited test run...I can tell you it did not solve the keyboard sensitivity error, and it created a new proximity sensor fault...as you can see in this video of the proximity sensor flicking on and off repeatedly with nothing obscuring it

When will we get the OTA update - it's been more than a month in the announcement, yet I cannot see it in the OTA ...

I just got my pro about a month ago with OS11. Touch screen problems exist, 3 fingers screenshot not working, and the camera is way too HD till it's absurd even if i lower resolutions to the lowest. The colors sux big time. All selfies look like ghost. Super ugly and fake. Tried using other camera apps but the photos totally cannot make it without heavy modification.
