I cannot get my hotspot to share my phone data. When a devices tries to connect I get a "connected no internet" . If I take the sim card out and put it in my old samsung galaxy, the devices connects and get the internet.
I am regretting buying this phone -- it seems many things just do not work properly -- or a big thing like being told that fixing a faulty finger print sensor is the user's responisibly ("we will mail you the replacement part at not charge, here are two youtube videos to see how it is done")

Hello, sorry to make this inconvenience caused to you. May I know which card did you use? Where are you from? Can you provide the version number for me?

I am in Canada, use Rogers 4g network (the BL6000pro does not work on their network).
When i move the sim card to my old samsung there are no problems setting up and connecting to the hotspot so not an issue with sim card/rogers

The APN is not changable. It is set by the carrier (rogers).

May have been a misunderstanding in my last post. I can connect to rogers 4g/lte network, but i cannot connect to thr 5g network; the bl6000pro 5g bands not compatible

Once again the issue is tethering from the bl6000 pro. Putting the sim into another phone i can tether

Hello, if you can change this ANP, then you can't use it. Please contact the seller where you bought this phone.
