BL6000 CANT attach to windows for file transfer

BL6000 CAN noT attach to windows for file transfer. i have also downloaded-  Mediatek Driver Auto Installer v1.1352, but still windoes is saying - cant recognise the device,
kindly help

Change the USB Port with enough Power.
