BV9800 Pro Wireless Charging Stopped working

I've had my BV9800 Pro for more than a year now. I've from the start used wireless charging and it worked fine until about a week ago.
It is currently charging via the original cable but  I don't prefer this because of the flimsy flap that has to be opened to cable charge. I think that it will fall off with repeated use.
Please advise and connect me to service team.
I'm in Malaysia.

I have trolled this forum and have not seen a BV9800 Pro listing the same issue.
I have tried charging with the phone off as listed in another BV posting with similar issue and am not keen to open it up like hayata did

Hello, I experience the same problem since yesterday. I have been using wireless charging without problem for more than one year before that.
What do you mean by this is the design of the phone?

Hello, this is the design of the smartphone.

Hello I am epxeriencing the same problem since the previous night. I tried rebooting, charging with the device off and it doesn't work.

What do you mean by "this is the design of the smartphone"?

The phone is also designed to charge wirelessly, am I wrong? And currently it doesn't work anymore but it worked perfectly one week ago.
What can we/you do to restore this functionality?

What function do you mean to restore? The design of wireless charging is not made for mobile phones, but the design of the charging port.

Yes, I mean the wireless charging. I have used wireless charging for more than one year with my bv9800 pro and it suddenly stopped working. It has to have been designed to charge wirelessly given that it used to charge that way. How can we restore this functionality?

Can FNC be used normally? Can wireless charging be used to charge others?

I've the exact same Problem. Phone worked and charged wirelessly without any hickups for the last 10 months, two days ago it suddenly stopped charging. I have several wireless loading pads, ein genuine Blackview, two 10W Qucikload systems (one in the car) - all of them functioned flawlessly since day one until tuesday this week.

Phone is the BV9800Pro, i'm situated in Germany.

Is there any information regarding this problem? (a new firmware for this -not so- old model would also be neat).  I would start a  support case if there is no further information available.

Good evening,
yes the wireless loading pads are able to load other hardware.
do you mean "NFC"? i never tried it to be honest. i personally have no use case for this function, but i will try to find some application to test it out.
