Hello
I have the same problem, fingerprint stop working and disappear from security settings.
I bought the phone from indiegogo

Hi, 

I have the same problem, last week the fingerprint stop to work, it's my fifth Blacview and the first with problems.
As I can see, it's a global issue that started more than 2 month ago, did you found the solution otherwise I will surely change brand.
Thank you for a fast and clear answer, not generic and diplomatic like "It will gonna take a while", this kind of answer does't help and miss respect to the customer.

Your warranty is void if we do our own repairs to the phones.

The solution you give is for us to do our own repairs to the phones...

This is not good

Asking us to pay to return devices that are flawed in design is also not good.

We have all purchased in good faith the most rugged 5g phone, but in fact these phones are probably the least rugged phones available in the world!

Hello, where did you purchase this phone?
If it's about the fingerprint problem, we could ship one for you to replace it and we recorded the process of the video for you to change it. Is that okay?

For some weeks now I am following this thread. I am wondering if any of you had has the opportunity to have it repaired under the insurance at Allianz global and or a repair done. Does the phone function normally than? Did anyone get a new phone from Blackview? Does anyone have knowledge of users having a fully functioning phone, not breaking down after some weeks?
