As I can see, it's a global issue that started more than 2 month ago, did you found the solution otherwise I will surely change brand.
Thank you for a fast and clear answer, not generic and diplomatic like "It will gonna take a while", this kind of answer does't help and miss respect to the customer.

Asking us to pay to return devices that are flawed in design is also not good.
We have all purchased in good faith the most rugged 5g phone, but in fact these phones are probably the least rugged phones available in the world!
