We have now unboxed four brand new BL6000 Pro - one from Indiegogo and three from the factory release to suppliers...ALL have a major keyboard fault making them unusable.

Am typing this on the computer because you can see how bad the phone keyboard is from previous messages.

BLACKVIEW ADMIN...we hope you understand how serious this is. We have sold thousands of Blackview phones over the years...but this model can't be sold to the public until you roll out an URGENT firmware fix.

We cannot believe that no one in the Blackview testing team bothered to use this as their everyday phone before releasing it. That's what we do before we sell phones at retail, and that's how we discover faults.

If you don't fix this soon Blackview will be a laughing stock.

The 18,000 or so followers on our various social media platforms and customer database are starting to wonder why we have not reviewed our latest purchase..they all knew we had been talking up the launch of the BL6000 phone.

At some point soon we are going to have to explain why we have made the model unavailable for purchase..

Can we recommend that you give us more information on whether engineers have isolated the problem and how far away a solution is...the screens are currently useless...very frustrating, and we would much rather see the problem fixed than end up giving a review that says "Don't Buy"....

@neville: Yesterday it comes an update out. Search for it in your phone settings and install it! The Update size was 114MB.
